EXPEDITING THE GRADING OF
TERM PAPER |
- Golden State uses an
electronic document filing system that requires all submitted hard
copy documents are image scanned and converted to acrobat or .pdf
file. It is important that your answers submitted on paper can be
properly image scanned and converted to .pdf. Often times, these
submissions are not suitable for scanning because the print is too
light. This slows the grading process. When you follow the
instructions below, your Unit TERM PAPER will be graded more
quickly. Note: GSU will not accept any fax in term paper for
marking. All the learner should send their term paper via email.

Name, Student ID #, Course Number Code, Program, Mentor and
Submission Date, e.g.

important that you submit them as completed so that we can
accurately monitor your progress and provide useful feedback. In
addition, when term papers are submitted all at once, the grading
process is delayed.
