To make application to the university, the applicant should

Read and understand the requirements of the university for the degree course into which they wish to apply.
Complete the On Line Application Form and send to the university.
If the applicant wishes to post their application, they should print a copy of the Application Form, complete, and send to the university.
After the applicant is accepted into the university program, the university will request that the student send supporting documents of prior studies and qualifications to the university

GSU Degree through Programs of CMCE College, India The University has exhaustively assessed the scholastic procedures (programs, curriculum, admission & examination regulations & procedures) of CMCE College (www.cmce-edu.org) and has considered their programs comparable to the GSU standards. The Golden State University has therefore, accorded full recognition of all the Diploma, Advance Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma Programs (www.cmce-edu.org/programmes-of-study.htm) offered by CMCE College, India at all its education centers located in India & other south Asian countries. Following this recognition, the Golden State University, BVI will award an equivalent degree from it based on the CMCE College’s Diploma with full credit transfer provided that CMCE College’s student graduate opts, applies, and pays necessary credit transfer & certification fees to the university. Interested candidates from South Asian Region should apply to CMCE College for their programs and opt and apply for a GSU degree under Credit Transfer System. Interested candidates should apply at info@cmce-edu.org. In case any institution from South Asian Region willing to get their students a GSU Degree, they should become an education Center of CMCE College to be eligible to offer CMCE’s curriculum & courses which will lead their students to get a GSU degree, if they opt and apply for the same together with a CMCE College Program.
